How early in the design process should I involve a roofing contractor?

As early as possible. Involving us at the design stage means the roofing and cladding system can be specified correctly from the outset, avoiding costly changes later in the project.

What roofing and cladding systems do you install on new builds?

We install a full range of systems including composite cladding, single and double skin metal, standing seam, secret fix and fibre cement, selected to suit your building and budget.

Do you work directly with developers and principal contractors?

Yes. We regularly work alongside developers and principal contractors on new build projects, either as a direct appointment or as part of a wider construction team.

Are your new build installations fire-compliant?

Yes. We use fire-compliant materials as standard and ensure all installations meet current building regulations and safety requirements.

Can you handle both roofing and cladding on the same project?

Yes. We deliver complete building envelope packages, covering both roofing and cladding, so you have a single point of contact for the whole envelope.

What warranty applies to new build work?

Warranty terms depend on the system installed and the manufacturer's own guarantee, which we confirm as part of your quotation. As NFRC members, we work to recognised industry standards for workmanship.
